22,000 Steps to a Stronger You!
Join us between May 1 to May 8, in taking at least 22,000 steps, doing a little each day. Walk or run your neighborhood, favorite park, or visit a gym. Take your steps with friends and family or on your own. Let’s increase our activity and reduce avoidable health issues one step at a time.
Donations of $22 or more are being accepted and equally given to the American Heart Association and the American Diabetes Association. These organizations, in partnership with Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. are doing critical work to combat diseases that plague our community. We want to help reduce the impact and supporting these great organizations will help.
