Congratulations Soror Arline-Bradley from all of us in the Southern Region! #DecadesofDST #DST110 #DST1913Congratulations to Soror Shavon Arline-Bradley on her appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Council of Negro Women! In keeping with our Founders Day theme – celebrating Delta Through the Decades – we also congratulate Soror Arline-Bradley for being the sixth member of Delta Sigma Theta to lead this historic organization!

Soror Arline Bradley is an ordained minister, Founding Principal and CEO of R.E.A.C.H. Beyond Solutions, and is the current President of Delta for Women in Action – a 501 c(4) organization founded by Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. She is also the Immediate Past Co-Chair of the Sorority’s National Social Action Commission.

Her prolific career spans over 20 years in the healthcare, diversity, equity, and inclusion, government affairs, and executive leadership fields. Before founding her firm, Soror Arline-Bradley served as Senior Advisor and Director of External Engagement under the Obama Administration for the Department of Health and Human Services. She also served as Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning and Partnerships for the National Association of Colored People (NAACP).

With Soror Arline-Bradley’s transition to NCNW, she ushers in a new wave of corporate restructuring and progress toward closing generational gaps within the organization. As the immediate successor of Delta Sigma Theta’s 16th National President Thelma T. Daley, Soror Arline-Bradley will begin her tenure in the footsteps of storied leaders and members of Delta Sigma Theta like NCNW Founder and Honorary Member Mary McLeod Bethune, Dorothy Height, and Johnnetta B. Cole.

Congratulations again, Soror Arline-Bradley! We look forward to all that you will accomplish as you lead NCNW in its efforts to lead, empower and advocate for women of African descent, their families and communities.
